How can I tell if I’m getting free shipping on my order?
You will see free shipping listed in your card summary and order confirmation emails.
When do you deliver?
Your order will arrive within 5 (five) working days. Note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Bad weather, air transport or other reasons beyond our control may cause a delay. eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd. is not liable for any delays.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all postal areas within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel and it will be held at your local post office for collection.
Loss or Damage during Shipment
Occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit – no matter how carefully it is handled. Fortunately it doesn’t happen very often.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost.
If you need to return a product for any reason relating to the product (e.g., product has a defect, different colour, not the product you ordered), you need to contact Customer Services. See our Returns Policy on the site for full details. Once you have a return shipping authorisation from eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd., we will assist by helping to make return shipping arrangements.
